What is #Starbug?
#Starbug is a chatroom on the EFNET servers for Red Dwarf fans to get together and chat about stuff. Generally this stuff isn't Red Dwarf, but like every dog has his day, every #starbugger has his/her RD moment (Of course, that simile is in no way saying that the #starbuggers are all dogs! }-P)

I've asked one of the regular #starbuggers to give me some blurb on the channel (Whatever you do, don't call it a chatroom }-P) and they provided me with some basic details and the guidelines (left) so here it is!
